Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Arizona Paramotor quoting and invoicing application (the “App”), operated by Arizona Paramotor, 5513 E. Hera Rd, Florence, AZ 85132.
What the App is
The App is an internal business tool used by Arizona Paramotor staff to prepare quotes and invoices for our own customers. It is not offered to other businesses.
Information we collect
- Customer contact details you give us: name, phone, email, shipping address, and notes needed to fit equipment (for example pilot weight).
- Quote and order details: products, options, prices, acceptance name and date.
- If QuickBooks Online is connected: the customer, invoice and payment status records needed to bill you. We receive an access token from Intuit to do this; we do not see or store your bank or card details.
How we use it
Only to quote, invoice, order equipment from manufacturers, ship it to you, and keep our business records. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Intuit QuickBooks Online, to create and track your invoice.
- The equipment manufacturer or importer filling your order, limited to what they need to ship it (name, address, phone).
- Our hosting providers (Vercel and Neon), which store the data on our behalf.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit, the App is protected by a staff PIN, and QuickBooks tokens are stored server-side only. We keep records as long as needed for business, tax and warranty purposes.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information (subject to records we must keep for tax purposes) by contacting us below.
